"How To Access The ACF Archives"

If you joined the Academy Cavaliers' Forum (ACF) just very recently, it is strongly suggested that you try to access the ACF Archives and read the past postings so you will have an idea as to what has been going on in this Mailing List. The new and fully automated ACF Mailing List started only last Friday, 27 March 1998.

You do need a graphic Web browser (Netscape, Internet Explorer, etc.) to access the ACF Archives. The URL of our archives is:

http://home.ease.lsoft.com/archives/ACF.html

The following instruction pops out and reads as follows:

"If this is the first time you see this dialog, or if you have forgotten your
password, you will need to get a new LISTSERV password first."

Since you will be opening the ACF Archives for the first time, there is a need for you to get a new LISTSERV password first. Take not that the phrase "... get a new LISTSERV password first" is underscored and it has a link. You need to click on it in order to enter your e-mail address and your desired password (you will be required to enter it twice for verification). Be sure that you are entering the same e-mail address you gave me when you first registered with the ACF.

The next thing you need to do is click the REGISTER PASSWORD button. And that's it! You will then be allowed access to the archives.

We now have archives for the months of April, May, and June 1998. So, if you intend to look for earlier postings ... just go to the ACF Archives and look for it there. Try checking out the ACF Archives now ... and it is hoped you will enjoy going through the process.
